Job Summary
Collaborate with the Department Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence in the Produce department. Lead regular team huddles, coach and develop staff, manage inventory, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions. Ensure compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies. Maintain merchandising standards, rotation, department cleanliness, and provide office/administrative support.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in business
- minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset
