Job Summary
Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service while executing departmental strategies with the Department Manager to achieve stated goals. Support team development through training, coaching, and recognition, and lead regular huddles to share goals and provide feedback. Ensure outstanding customer service, accurate merchandising, adequate staffing, and consistent cleanliness, while providing office support for inventory, ordering, invoicing, and payroll. Promote compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe environment. Assist with other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in business
- Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
