Assistant Produce Manager

Lead and support the Produce department's operations by maintaining stock levels and quality of produce and floral products, training and developing partners, planning and directing work with upper management, and reviewing sales/promotions data. Drive inventory accuracy, assist with in-stock performance, and support financial results, product presentation, and customer service through effective merchandising and suggestive selling. Ensure food safety and proper labeling, operate equipment as needed, maintain safe working conditions, and respond to customer questions. Requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Education and certifications required include a High school diploma or GED, Food Handler certification, and Manager Food Safety certification. Must be at least 18 years old, and 21+ to drive for company business. Store-based role located in Anna, Texas with in-store duties and customer-facing responsibilities.
