Job Summary
Maintains stock levels and quality of produce/floral; collaborates with upper management to train and develop partners, schedule and direct work; analyzes historical data on sales and promotions; co-manages inventory to ensure in-stock levels; reviews profit, loss, sales, shrink, and labor data; aims to improve sales performance and safety; ensures quality and presentation of produce, adheres to labeling standards, and handles food-safety procedures; promotes product sales through suggestive selling and appealing displays; operates and maintains department equipment and tools; interacts with customers with a service-oriented attitude; flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; minimum education and certifications include high school diploma or GED, Food Handler, and Manager Food Safety certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Food Handler certification
- Manager Food Safety certification
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy
