Assist in overseeing the Arlington Produce Department with merchandising, inventory control, team leadership, and customer service; ensure freshness, rotate stock, implement FIFO, manage displays and signage, support ordering, train staff, uphold food safety and sanitation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous produce or grocery experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
