Job Summary
Oversee daily produce operations by maintaining full, fresh, clean, and visually appealing displays while executing corporate merchandising programs and seasonal sets. Manage product rotation, inventory controls, and shrink reduction through root-cause identification, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Build labor schedules aligned with business needs and train produce associates to deliver knowledgeable service and strong product knowledge. This role supports the Produce Department at Albertsons Companies, focusing on freshness, merchandising excellence, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is required.
