Job Summary
Oversee daily produce operations with a focus on freshness, quality, and customer service by maintaining full, clean, and visually appealing displays. Execute corporate merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional displays while managing product rotation, removing damaged items, and controlling shrink through inventory audits. Order, receive, and store product following food safety guidelines, build labor schedules aligned with business needs, and train associates to deliver strong product knowledge. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards while driving sales through effective merchandising and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.
