Job Summary
Assistant Procurement Manager (Vendor Governance) to oversee governance of transactional purchases from PR to PO, maintain procurement system tables, and advise internal stakeholders on procurement procedures and policies. Responsible for designing and developing the Group supplier risk management framework, supplier pre-qualification and onboarding, supplier performance monitoring, due diligence checks, and other supplier-management strategies. Contributes to awareness materials and business-partnering sessions, matures the strategic suppliers agenda, identifies recurring issues in tactical purchases and onboarding, and develops SOPs, templates, and documentation to support process consistency. Requires a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field and at least 5 years in procurement governance with PR-to-PO experience; SAP S/4HANA is preferred; strong MS Office skills; excellent communication and ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement governance roles
- Hands-on experience in PR-to-PO processing
- Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, provide practical guidance to stakeholders
- Good communication skills to effectively engage and guide internal stakeholders
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
