Job Summary
Entry-level Assistant Private Sector Housing Officer role within Hammersmith & Fulham Council's Private Sector Housing team. You will triage resident complaints (disrepair, licensing, unlawful eviction/harassment), allocate investigations, provide frontline and residents-facing service, and assist in promoting the service across the Council while building partnerships with Homelessness, Housing Options and Tenancy Sustainment. Required Qualifications
- entry level role within Private Sector Housing team
- triage of complaints from residents and allocate investigation of these complaints
- first point of contact dealing with complaints about disrepair, licensing and unlawful eviction and harassment from tenants in the Private Rented Sector
- promote the service across the Council
