Job Summary
Support the Principal in leading school operations, academic initiatives, and campus-wide programs while serving as acting Principal during absences. Observe, coach, and evaluate teachers to support professional growth, and coordinate student discipline through positive behavior interventions and supports. Manage safety protocols, emergency drills, and campus security, while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and district policies. Communicate regularly with parents to promote school-home partnerships and lead school events and extracurricular activities. Assist in developing and monitoring instructional programs to improve student achievement, including scheduling, testing coordination, and data analysis. Requires a Master's degree, Nevada administrator license, and three years of teaching experience; evening or weekend work may be necessary for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field
- Valid Nevada administrator license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and evaluate staff effectively
- Must be available for evening or weekend work
