Assistant Principal, Rehabilitative Services - Reception and Treatment Center

Lead and oversee NDCS educational programming across facilities, ensuring programs meet NDE regulations and NDCS policies; manage budgets, secure grant funding (notably Title II/WIOA initiatives); conduct teacher observations, mentorship, and formal evaluations to drive instructional quality and compliance; coordinate operational priorities and stakeholder collaboration to support literacy, high school equivalency, and post-release career success; require strong leadership, budgeting, grant acquisition, data analysis, planning, and communication skills; must hold Nebraska Administrative and Supervisory certificate with principal 7-12 endorsement and a valid driver's license; prerequisites include passing pre-employment medical and drug exams and completing the Nebraska Corrections Training Program.
