Job Summary
Assistant Principal of Student Supports (SPED) at KIPP Public Schools Northern California focuses on modeling and supporting the school’s vision, leading instructional coaching, data-driven planning, and developing emerging leaders. Responsibilities include collaborating with the School Leader on hiring, planning and goal setting, coaching teachers on assessment and mastery, driving school-wide culture and behavior management, and leading professional development to improve student outcomes and college readiness across multiple grade levels. Strong emphasis on instructional leadership, data analysis, standards alignment, and stakeholder engagement with a required California teaching credential or equivalent and a bachelor’s degree.
