Job Summary
Manage instructional managers by selecting, recruiting, training, evaluating, and coaching them to drive rigorous, high-quality instruction. Lead the school's instructional leadership team to align curricular initiatives with vision while using assessment data to inform daily teaching adjustments and close student skill gaps. Conduct formal performance reviews, deliver whole-school professional learning sessions, and implement the TEAM evaluation model to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with the principal and support teams to maintain orderly learning environments and address specific instructional needs based on data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Previous instructional leadership experience as assistant principal, dean, or team leader
- Previous experience as an instructional coach
- Experience supervising and evaluating staff and serving as a leader of teams and individuals
- At least four years of exemplary teaching
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
