Job Summary
Role focuses on instructional leadership to align curriculum and instruction with college-readiness goals. Lead instructional staff, coach teachers on curriculum and instruction, conduct data conversations and evaluations, review weekly lesson plans, and drive improvement in student outcomes (e.g., high percentages on STAAR/EOC, student persistence, attendance). Oversee TEKS-aligned curricula and assessments, support classroom management, and help shape a school-wide culture focused on preparing all students for college. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), at least 3 years of teaching experience, and experience in teacher leadership or administration. Role entails long hours on campus (minimum 40+ hours per week), with responsibilities including after-school duties and district-wide learning initiatives. Location: San Antonio, Texas. Required Qualifications
