Lead instructional staff to achieve measurable and ambitious student outcomes by coaching teachers through daily observations, data conversations, and evaluations; oversee TEKS-based IDEA curricula and assessments to ensure students are on track for college; review weekly lesson plans and provide actionable feedback; manage student behavior and foster a college-ready culture; sustain strong collaboration with families and communities; require 40+ hours at the school per week and participate in additional duties as needed; relocation allowance may be offered for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
- Teacher leadership or administrative experience required
