Job Summary
Assistant Principal of Culture responsible for leading culture systems and campus community initiatives to drive exceptional student experience and outcomes. Lead and coach teachers and Grade Level Chairs to implement strong classroom communities, PBIS/MTSS, restorative practices, and school-wide culture initiatives. Develop and sustain culture, equity, and belonging through family engagement, co-curricular activities, and collaboration with the Principal and Home Office. Manage and oversee culture-related operations, student accountability, and restorative practices; travel within Denver campuses and KIPP events as needed; ensure alignment with district-wide RIDE commitments and professional development for staff.
