Job Summary
Assist the school principal in overall administration of the campus. Direct and manage assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations. Oversee assigned student activities and services. Participate in program evaluation measures and make suggestions for improvement where needed. Foster collegiality and team building among staff; promote technology in teaching/learning; develop campus improvement plans; manage information systems for tracking progress; supervise student behavior and school discipline; oversee budgeting, scheduling, and staffing; ensure compliance with district policies and regulations; engage with community and parents to support the school mission.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Valid Texas Standard Principal or Mid-Management certification
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser
- Satisfactory fingerprinting background check
