Job Summary
Assistant Principal at Place Bridge Academy supports the principal in managing school operations, overseeing academics, discipline, and staff, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include leading administrative, certificated and classified personnel; determining and improving instructional quality; advising the principal on activities, events, and curriculum; collaborating with parents and community groups to develop a School Improvement Plan (SIP); supervising staff, evaluating performance, budgeting, ensuring policy compliance, and managing facilities and data records. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in education or applicable subject areas, a Colorado Principal License (current), and at least 2 years of school leadership experience; Master’s Degree and leadership experience are preferred.
