Job Summary
Assistant Principal at ICCS (Immaculate Conception Catholic School) within the Catholic Schools Office, serving under the Principal to promote Catholic identity and oversee administrative functions. Responsibilities include assisting with faculty agendas, textbook coordination, supervising discipline, monitoring program implementations and accreditation follow-up, curriculum development and articulation across grade levels, evaluating teachers, managing government program applications, coordinating handbooks and communications, overseeing athletic programs and scheduling, training substitutes, maintaining personnel records, and fostering positive school-community relationships. Must be a practicing Catholic (BOFQ), with at least two years of classroom teaching experience and certification or active candidacy for administration through the Arizona Department of Education, plus Ministry Formation Certification as required by Diocesan policy; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; Safe Environment Training and FBI fingerprint clearance.
