Job Summary
Assist the principal as professional leader of the school, helping to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the instructional program; interpret and implement federal/state laws and board policies; assist in personnel functions, budgeting and resource management; coordinate scheduling and placement services; provide professional growth opportunities for staff; maintain a safe, orderly environment and a climate of high expectations; communicate the school’s mission to students, staff, and community; and support ongoing professional ethics and effective written and oral communication.
Required Qualifications
- Alabama Certification in Administration
- Minimum of three years teaching experience
- Supervises: Faculty, staff, and students as designated by the principal
