Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring progress and ensuring safety at all times. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Shift runs 11-6 M-F with starting pay of $19.00/hour. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddlers and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
