Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor children's progress and development to create a harmonious environment where students and teachers enjoy coming to school. Shift runs 11-6 M-F. Starting pay is $19.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddlers and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
