Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to maintain a harmonious environment. Monitor children's progress and development daily. Starting hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 depending on education and experience. This role offers childcare tuition discounts and opportunities for advancement within Endeavor Schools' network of over 100 locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
