Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities, prepare and organize materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure safety and a positive environment. Monitor student progress and development while fostering a harmonious atmosphere for children and fellow educators. Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum in a supportive setting that offers childcare tuition discounts and career development programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
