Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times. Prepare and organize age-appropriate learning materials, supervise children during meals and naptime, and monitor individual progress to foster a harmonious environment. Assist with the implementation of curriculum designed for toddler and pre-school students within a supportive Montessori setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
