Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during meals, naptime, and all activities to ensure a safe environment. Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development, monitor their progress, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while collaborating with fellow teachers. Requires a high school diploma, one year of Early Childhood Education experience, and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 yr experience in Early Childhood Education with assigned age group
- Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
