Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure a safe environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote development, monitor children's progress, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times while demonstrating knowledge of social, emotional, and intellectual stages. Work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM based on business needs, requiring the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. This role offers a $500 hiring bonus, childcare tuition discounts, and career development programs within Endeavor Schools' network of 100+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 yr experience in Early Childhood Education with assigned age group
- Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
