Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during activities, meals, and naptime to ensure a safe environment. Lead innovative learning activities that promote development, monitor student progress, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere where children and staff thrive. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while demonstrating knowledge of social, emotional, and intellectual development stages. Requires high school diploma, one year of early childhood experience, and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 yr experience in Early Childhood Education with assigned age group
- Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
