Job Summary
Assistant Press Operator role focusing on learning and supporting the label manufacturing process. You will assist with press/coater setup and operation, prepare materials for production, operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.), monitor and document product quality, and help package and label finished goods. Collaborate with team members, support training efforts, and participate in housekeeping and 6S activities while progressing through growth opportunities toward higher-responsibility roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
