Job Summary
Join Acelero Learning as an Assistant Preschool Teacher, where you will collaborate with the Preschool Teacher to maintain a child-centered curriculum and foster a positive learning environment for children aged 3-5. Responsibilities include addressing challenging behaviors, documenting children's progress, and individualizing curriculum based on observations. Ideal candidates will possess CDA credentials or equivalent education, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have a passion for working with children. This full-time position offers $18.78 per hour and a commitment to supporting early childhood education to close achievement gaps.
Required Qualifications
- CDA credentials or willingness to enroll to complete within two years
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Enrollment in a program to obtain a degree
