Assistant Preschool Teacher

Assist Lead Teacher in delivering a nurturing, safe classroom for infants to preschoolers. Help implement play-based learning activities, support daily routines (circle time, story time, snack, outdoor play, rest), assist with lesson planning and curriculum implementation, supervise transitions and activities, maintain a clean and organized classroom per state licensing. Encourage independence and social-emotional development; observe and document children’s behavior and milestones for families and the teaching team; collaborate with other teachers to create an inclusive early childhood learning environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; CDA or enrollment in Early Childhood Education courses is preferred but not required.
