Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during activities, meals, and naptime to ensure a safe environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote development, monitor children's progress, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere where students and staff thrive. Prioritize the safety and well-being of children at all times while fostering a nurturing attitude toward young learners. This role offers opportunities for advancement within Endeavor Schools, a national education management company with over 100 schools across 14 states.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months)
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
