Job Summary
In Partnership with Your Teaching Team, assist in bringing daily classroom plans to life—from music and movement to meals, group projects, and free play; create a welcoming, organized classroom; support social-emotional growth and individualized learning; observe and document development; assist when Lead Teacher is away; support screenings and learning plans; help welcome volunteers; work within a collaborative, team-based early childhood program at Encompass, a private nonprofit serving Snoqualmie Valley and Issaquah communities; requires a CDA credential (or working toward one) and relevant background checks; 20 hours/week part-time schedule aligned to a school-year calendar with health and safety responsibilities and family engagement opportunities.
