Job Summary
Lead and support a classroom of preschool children ages 3–4 by planning play-based learning experiences, observing development, and setting individual goals. Read stories, guide play, and use warm language to help children feel safe, heard, and respected while supporting Jewish values-based learning. Communicate professionally with families and maintain licensing, safety, and supervision standards. Work Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, with adjusted Friday hours depending on the season, in a close-knit environment where the director actively supports teacher success.
Required Qualifications
- Complete Colorado state-mandated early childhood courses
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a lead teacher or assistant teacher in a preschool setting
- Comfort working in a Jewish values-based school environment
- Candidates do not need to be Jewish, but should be respectful of and comfortable supporting the school's Jewish values, traditions, and family culture
