Job Summary
Assist the lead teacher in a Preschool classroom, implementing activities that support emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development; help maintain a clean, safe environment and establish professional rapport with families for quality care; participate in on-site classroom activities, observations, and training; requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks typical of working with young children; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; compensation $14–$17 per hour based on education and experience; benefits include dental, medical, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid trainings, and other perks.
