Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in caring for infants and toddlers by supporting daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime. Help create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment while observing and supporting children's developmental milestones. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and communicate positively with teachers and families. The role requires an Associates Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development, a current CDA or relevant experience with infants and toddlers, and CPR/First Aid certification. Applicants must be able to lift, carry, and care for young children. Required Qualifications
- Current CDA or Experience working with infants and toddlers, accompanied by coursework or training with infant/toddler content, a degree in a related field, training with infant and toddler content
- Ability to lift, carry, and care for young children
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
