Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during daily activities, meals, and naptime to ensure a safe environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote child development while monitoring progress and maintaining a harmonious atmosphere. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times. Starting hourly pay is $16.00 to $18.50, depending on education and experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Desired Qualifications
- CDA/ECT certification preferred
