Job Summary
Assist the Practice Manager in daily operations of the practice locations; prepares documents and handles confidential matters; answers and routes inquiries; maintains office space, supplies, and equipment for admin, clinical staff, and patient care; supports payroll processing in Kronos in Manager’s absence; reconciles third-party vendor billing with appointment schedules; assists in resolving clinical billing issues with vendors, physicians, and patients; oversees and approves office inventory and mail processing; provides backup support for clinical staff; runs errands as needed; upholds policies, safety, quality improvements, and standards of service; demonstrates teamwork, integrity, compassion, respect, and accountability; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Epic; healthcare environment experience and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years Clinical Experience required
- Registered Nurse preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience is Preferred
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities is required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written English proficiency required
- Excellent organization, problem solving, and listening skills are required
- Knowledge of medical terminology is required
- Strong interpersonal skills are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Epic preferred
