Job Summary
Process incoming service requests and dispatch them using web-based software to track and close tickets. Prepare accounts payable, contracts, and routine reports while updating purchase orders, work orders, and invoices. Act as the first contact for tenants, vendors, and clients by answering calls and emails, then distributing inquiries to the proper areas for resolution. Analyze building problems, review compliance monitoring data, and communicate progress to management. Assist with budget preparation, payroll, timekeeping, and after-hours emergencies for approximately 35 buildings. Ensure adherence to company policies, vendor contracts, and administrative procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two to three years of related work experience
- Proficiency with personal computers and PC based software
- Microsoft Office
