Job Summary
Oversee property and team management functions in a designated market while handling resident issues, including maintenance concerns, to ensure satisfaction. Maximize revenue and minimize expenses to achieve financial goals for assigned homes, resolving past-due balances and driving annual renewals and rent escalations. Provide outstanding customer service by attending move-in/move-out needs, responding to requests professionally, and coordinating with the compliance team for HOA and code enforcement communications. Ensure adherence to Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and American with Disabilities Act. This corporate office-based role in Atlanta requires on-site interaction with residents and focuses on delivering first-class service from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in Property Management or related field
- Ability to deal effectively with diverse situations
- Proficient with technology utilizing Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, as well as the Google Suite
- Must be a team player, reliable and organized
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks and longer-term strategic projects; capable of prioritizing and meeting timelines set by management
Desired Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of placement is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent in a related field (preferred)
