Job Summary
Assist with setup of the Polybag operation and maintenance of the equipment; train new associates at the Polybag cost center; load ink for the inkjet printer; load books/materials into polybag feeding; move palletized loads; adhere to safety procedures; read job tickets and documents; ensure adherence to customer quality requirements; operate polybag tools; monitor machine operations; fill in as Polybag Operator when needed; may handle hazardous waste; overtime as needed; 10-12 hour shifts; Hartville, OH location with night-shift schedule and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a team player with a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to keep up with the pace of the polybag.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Possess the ability to perform basic math functions.
- Effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- The ability to troubleshoot.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible in fulfilling obligations.
- Must be flexible and open to change when needed.
- Able to follow instructions and make decisions.
- Willing to work overtime when needed.
- The ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts.
