Job Summary
Assist Plant Manager in the daily operation of the pit, plant, and sales yard at the Newberry, FL site; actively promote safety and continuous improvement through ARC100; ensure compliance with MSHA safety standards and company procedures; manage safety inspections, work orders, and repairs with plant personnel; operate and supervise on-site equipment; participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees; provide mentorship and coaching to staff; monitor production results in KPI tracker and contribute to efficiency improvements; perform other duties as assigned; requires leadership experience, strong time management, and the ability to work extended shifts, including weekends; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading, managing, and motivating employees
- Excellent time management skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to work extended shifts (including weekends), as needed to meet production goals
- Positive, Team-based attitude
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
