Job Summary
Part-time Assistant Softball Pitching Coach at Bryant & Stratton College. Responsibilities include pitching development (bullpen sessions, mechanics analysis, and pitch development strategies), game management (pitch calling and scouting/opponent analysis), mentorship and leadership to student-athletes, and program development (practice participation, recruiting and evaluation). Minimum qualifications include a former softball pitcher with competitive playing experience and active coaching or instruction experience in pitching at travel, high school, or collegiate levels, plus strong communication/leadership skills and a commitment to practices and games.
