Job Summary
The Assistant Personal Training Manager is responsible for driving success in club operations and managing a team of personal trainers. Responsibilities include developing fitness expertise, meeting client acquisition and retention targets, administering the CrunchOne Kickoff experience, generating client leads, guiding members on fitness principles, and maintaining accurate PT service records. Required skills include 1-2 years of personal training experience, CPR/AED certification, management experience, and knowledge of the fitness industry. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc.
- Basic understanding of fitness industry, market, and key business drivers
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
- 1-2 years of personal training experience preferred
