Job Summary
Lead the personal training team by assisting with staff development, training, and scheduling while maintaining the client roster. Administer all PT services including client programming, progress tracking, dotFIT program management, and supplement sales. Drive new client acquisition and retention by executing the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and counseling members on nutrition, movement, and accountability. Ensure accurate administration of PT services and report key results to the Personal Training Manager. Provide consistent, high-quality support to the team and members, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of personal training experience
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
- Must have basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Health Fitness Specialist
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Personal Trainer Certification
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: The Cooper Institute
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Personal Trainer Certification

- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation)
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
- Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Must be available for weekend shifts
