Job Summary
The Assistant Personal Training Manager at Crunch Fitness will be integral to club operations, managing a team of personal trainers while driving new client acquisitions and retention. This role demands meeting fitness expertise standards and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have 1-2 years of personal training experience and hold a CPR/AED certification, along with a nationally accredited personal training certification. The job requires physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and entails responsibilities in client counseling, PT services administration, and KPI management.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of personal training experience preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs
- Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
- Basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
