Job Summary
Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies while leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Personal Trainers. Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives. Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role offers ongoing training, mentorship, and a free Crunch Fitness membership.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
- Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
