Job Summary
The Assistant Personal Training Manager role involves supporting a high-performance culture and managing a team of personal trainers, focusing on member integration and fitness programming. Key responsibilities include driving client acquisition and retention, administering the CrunchOne Kickoff experience, guiding members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness, and ensuring the accurate administration of personal training services. The candidate should possess 1-2 years of personal training experience, CPR/AED certification, and must hold a certification from approved Nationally Accredited Certifications such as ACE or NASM. Candidates should have a basic understanding of the fitness industry and experience managing KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications
- Must have basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
- 1-2 years of personal training experience preferred
