Assistant People & Culture Manager

Job Summary
Assistant People & Culture Manager responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive workplace and guiding the employee experience. You will monitor productivity, absenteeism and turnover data to identify engagement and wellbeing trends, lead the annual Employee Survey and collaborate with departments to develop action plans, support employees throughout the talent lifecycle (including exit interviews and crisis/trauma support), partner with operational teams to implement flexible work practices and ensure benefits and facilities are well maintained, and foster a fair, confidential environment where welfare concerns can be raised safely.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with at least 1 year in Supervisory level
- Knowledge of local labour laws and employment law requirements
- Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market
