Job Summary
Serve as the first-line point of contact for journal queries through the CRM platform, delivering timely, professional responses to inquiries and escalations. Track service levels, response times, and case outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in editorial performance. Provide journal-level oversight of the peer review process from submission through final editorial decision, ensuring accurate documentation and escalating research integrity concerns. Monitor and manage the performance of editors, editorial office administrators, and vendor partners, providing feedback, enforcing code of conduct compliance, and implementing remedial actions or retraining as needed. Optimize journal workflows and execute process changes to improve efficiency and standardization across the Research Publishing portfolio.
